This program was created for the burnt out eldest daughter who is ready to finally meet her needs , make herself a priority, and thrive in all the areas of her life through intentional health and wellness habits.
Through all the noice and family "emergencies" you aren't asked what you need.
Imagine having the tools you need to stop saying yes to everyone and finally living life on your terms with confidence, clarity, and ease based on YOUR needs, desires, and values guilt free.
This program provides the space, tools, community, and accountability for you to finally check in with YOU.
The Intermission is a space where you can experience stillness, awareness, and direction on how to uniquely create realistic wellness goals that will impact your health, relationship, and how you show up in your career.
